2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Two arts freelancers and sometimes runners/cyclists went to Walworth to move some stuff around Mr A's flat so that he can be discharged from hospital soon. There was some excellent sofa action and aided by a lovely person from the Red Cross we soon had the flat ship shape in no time!
