After a few days recovering and chilling out I went on a mission today, which was a prescription pick up in Lewisham for Mrs P. I cycled to the high street of Lewisham, located the pharmacy, picked up the prescription, cycled to Mrs P, Mrs P received her prescription, she gave me and goodgym a round of applause for the volunteering and work we all do. So well done all at GoodGym, keep on going .
