Today Goodgymmer and regular Run Director Michelle was Tailwalker at Norwich parkrun.

She walked alongside a regular Norwich parkrun participant and spent the walk getting to know him and he chatted about his life. Michelle said the experience was brilliant. This chap was lovely and very inspiring with his charity work.

She reports how interesting it was seeing how well loved he is by the other participants and how many runners cheered him on!

(you may see this chap dressed up as Father Christmas for the Christmas day parkrun....only if you've been good mind!)
