Sweet mango of mine

Crispy morning and -3 degres outside, so good to be indoors in such weather. As cold a few volunteers missing today so extra work and some shifting to be done to cover all areas. StephDucat was in the kitchen to prepare food with the team ...only 4 of us but we all cracked on and we were ready for the 1pm service. Helping each other to get the starter and mains ready. Steph was looking after the desert !!Had fresh mangoes 🥭 so sweet mango of mine it was. Peeled them, then cut in slices followed by baking them in the oven with sugar, cinnamon , a bit of flour and honey. Lovely stuff and so nice. We also did some apple struddle with some cream. Busy bees in the kitchen.
