I (briefly) made the BBC 6 o'clock News taking part in this years 'Get on Board' mass stand up paddle-boarding event, helping to pick up plastic litter from in and on the banks of the Thames between Kew and Petersham, also generating publicity about the plastic pollution in our rivers.

This fantastic annual event is Organised by Be Richmond with Stand-up-Paddleboards and tuition provided by 360 who are based at Kew Bridge.

Sadly my GG red T-shirt was obscured by my buoyancy aid and tabard on the BBC news.
