Sunny Saturday shopping
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Ms D can't easily get out to do her shopping, so I popped over to a local shop to get what she needed. She was super organised and had called ahead and prepaid, so it was really straightforward. A nice way to fit helping someone out into the weekend and a little incidental exercise on the way.
