Bit of a tricky start again but this time Mrs B's phone was permanently engaged when I tried to confirm the visit. However I went anyway and although she had written it in her diary she had forgotten. She was very glad to see me and we chatted about her time in the nursing home, where she had spent the previous 2 weeks. Although she had enjoyed her stay better than she thought she said she is not ready to go permanently as they all seemed sooo old!!!!!! We checked her phone to make sure it was working and it rang as normal she said she is always on the phone so that must have been the reason. Mrs B has a son who calls in most evenings and a few of her neighbours pop round. Her mind is still sharp only her body lets her down but she still craves conversation. We are looking forward to our next visit.
