This week 16 of us ran to a Yarrow Housing supported house to help their residents get more involved in fitness.

A simple stretching session was the order of the day and I think we needed it as much as (if not more than) they did!

A message from Helena (House coordinator): "Thank you very much Anna and the team! Although it might not have come across too obviously the guys really enjoyed it and were in a good mood after. To get T standing up was incredible and for P to shake someone's hand is a big deal. It's all new to them but I think we will be able to get them to do aerobics after that session. Thank you!!"

A short session completed, we took a slightly longer route back to base and made the most of the extended light hours and headed down to the river to do a group fitness session in Furnival Gardens. Crunches, bicep dips, press-ups, squats and sprints completed, we took a leisurely final 1km jog back to base. All in all a great evening's work.

P.S. Sorry for the lack of photos today - we were constantly on the move, so it was a little tricky! Instead I've attached a lovely group shot!
