Mr B. suddenly lost his ability to walk and had a a bed hoist delivered to enable him to live at home. Charlene and I met him and his wife after work. Because the bed hoist was taking too much space in the bedroom, she asked us to move a few things to another room upstairs. Ms B. warned us that it might be too much for the two of us so we thought we would help the best we could. And so we did! In less than half an hour, we completed the task, moving a large dressing table, a bed side table and some bags of clothing up the stairs. Ms B. couldn't believe what we achieved in such a short time and told us how grateful she was as she couldn't see how she would have managed on her own.
