Recently widowed Mrs W is a lovely lady who I met last year when I used to do lockdown shopping for her and her late husband who were shielding - every few weeks I check in to say hello, offer an ear and shop if needed. Today Mrs W requested a few items from Waitrose so I was happy to deliver and have a safely distanced doorstep catch up.
