Mrs J is struggling with life after losing her husband a year ago. and can't cope with going out. She used to travel a lot, and loves to talk about different places. This week we talked about my week away in the New Forest, and how Spring is just round the corner. It made me appreciate how lucky I am just to be able to hop on my bike and cycle home in the spring sunshine without giving it a second thought
