Spring in my Step

One runner ran 7.5K to help Mr E who is self isolating .On arrival at MrE's he was sat in his garden as it was nice and warm where he was sat we chatted for 10 Minutes i was handed his shopping list read through the list there being no problems i was soon on my way to Tesco's .With a spring in my step was soon going round Tesco's getting all that MrE wanted the only thing they did not have was flour which was very good .I was soon on my way back to MrE's with his shopping he was surprised to see me so quick i put the shopping down on his door step for him we chatted for 10 Minutes i checked that he was ok we said our good byesand i was on my way
