Spreading some GoodGym magic

After about 4 hours sleep with a teething baby, getting my GoodGym tshirt on felt like a big ask this morning. But thats the thing about GoodGym, you know you are always going to feel better after, it's magic!

I headed over to Southbourne to see my friend Mrs H whom I hadn't seen for a couple of weeks. She's always so glad to see me and the feeling is mutual. I got to work as there were lots of leaves today, and even got a photo of the offending tree... there can't be many more leaves left to come off there?! We're now contending with twigs and acorns too, so no wonder Mrs H feels its much safer under foot once its been swept for her.

After being told I'd made her day just by being there, how could I leave feeling anything other than great. Still tired, but in a much better mood than when I pulled on my tshirt this morning thanks to a little bit of GoodGym magic 🥰
