This week Fiona and Rob were back ready to hit the streets of Solihull. This week we decided to do one of our trusted routes which has a mixture of, long straights for some PBs, hill work!
The weather was definitely on our side, meaning Fiona could bring out her new sparkly hat! Once back at base, we had a quick stretch before it was time to head back in side to replenish the sweat we had lost.
We will be back next week, hope to see you then.
