I went to see Ms W this afternoon, who is in a care home. She was delighted to have visitors, as always, and I immediately proceeded to making that cup of coffee that she loves, and she had it with a small chocolate bar. We chatted away, all sorts, and she told me that once she won £500 while betting on a horse. That was a pretty good win! I only went once to the races, in Windsor, and didn't win anything, other than having had a good day out.
