Mission

SMASHED IT

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Two Goodgym runners, Judith and John, met Ms J's carer at her flat, where they were equipped with two very important tools: a "twisty buzzy thing" (electric screwdriver) and a HAMMER.

Their task? To dismantle (smash up) an old wardrobe that had been ruined by a water leak.

The wardrobe had been standing in its current spot for 17 years, so there were a few dusty surprises (including a feather duster covered in dust - meta) but the Goodgymers powered through, cheered on by Ms J's carer, who is one of the most enthusiastic people ever.

Finish off with a quick hoover ("it's all getting ripped up anyway - it's DAMP") and then job done.

As Judith pointed out, we literally SMASHED IT (thanks, hammer).

The end.
