On a lovely sunny, crisp morning, two Goodgymers Panda Dave and Elizabeth put on the High Viz and cheered on 360 runner/walkers/joggers around a beautiful park that is Catton. It didnโ€™t start well for me, wanting to listen to the run briefing I had to sprint to my marshalling point at the oak tree before the start. I forgot that the track leading to my post was extremely muddy, before I new it over I went, spilt all my coffee ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚ picking myself up I looked behind me and the run had started I just made it to my post in time, I probably looked a sight with muddy knees, muddy high viz and coat๐Ÿ˜‚ afterwards Panda Dave said he saw me fall, was going to come to my rescue but saw me pick myself up and run off, hopefully I did it with dignity ๐Ÿ˜‰ despite this the runners today all enjoyed themselves, a few today were reaching some incredible milestones, a lady dressed in a cow design onesie was celebrating her 50th complete with a fabulous 50 balloon, Jack was running his 200th ( he runs in the 85-89 age group) plus Brett & Kelly were both celebrating 250 runs. Each and everyone running today has their own running milestones some on show, some private, I salute each and every one of you, well done
