M phoned me this morning but I was at work so I called her back this evening. She sounded the brightest I’ve heard her for a while and told me that she has a lot more support in place now, including a sleep-in carer. She laughed when I said that it’s like a sleepover party. So great to hear her sounding much more chipper - she asked me to stay in touch as she likes our regular chats, even though they are only a few minutes long
