Single Bed-lam
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Jacqueline and I met for a pre-work mission this morning, to move Mr J’s single bed outside to be collected by the council, and to clear space for a new bed to be delivered later in the day. A quick but helpful task to start the day with!
