Shovelling before the rain!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Ingestre TRA and Green Gym in Camden.

A nice short but physical morning task in Regents Park.
We had two big ton sacks of heavy wet top soil to bag up and loaded into the van where it went to Ingestre Estate to be used in the raised beds and pots for trees left over from our earlier tree planting this year.
A good work out shovelling and lifting!
