When one of our regular GoodGymers had to self isolate, waiting for a Covid-test, he knew exactly who to ask for help to get his shopping picked up! Our WhatsAp group was buzzing with responses and runners willing to help out!
A BIG shout out to Anna who went to get the shopping and delivered it so that Craig didn't have to go without tea, milk and biscuits for too long!
Love how we all support each other as well as the wider community! Lets keep up all the amazing work!
