Among the many topics we chatted through today, Ms B and I ended up chatting about Michelin star restaurants. And of course, it led us to Bray and Heston Blumenthal's two restaurants there. Neither of us could remember how many stars those have but she has eaten at the Fat Duck some years ago. I, on the other hand, have simply ridden past it on my cycle 🤭
