On Saturday afternoon two GoodGym runners helped Mrs D return her beautiful garden to it's very best. Probably due to it's loveliness Mrs D's garden has attracted giant brambles, unruly ivy, nettles, foxes and an army of hungry snails.

Firstly Mrs D's prize fern was re-planted by the green fingered Dave. Then Mrs D joined the offensive and armed with a brand new hoe and a spanking new weed puller we made some good progress.

With the promise of jaffa cakes (are they really cakes though?) we got stuck in while listening to Mrs D's stories about the local area. Before we knew it hours had passed it was time to leave. Mrs D was very thankful for our efforts and we were pretty pleased with ourselves too.
