Sander-Claus is Coming to Towm
5 GoodGymers made their way 8.0km to help the Penrose Roots to Recovery in Luton.

A team of five went sanding on this task to decorate the offices at the GreenHouse community centre.
All rubbed down we got a lick of grey paint on the beams before heading down to the hall for a good lower body stretching session. With hamstrings and glutes loosened up we headed back into town.
