Runner Beans

Great to see everyone tonight as we headed back to The Courtyard. After the slightly longer run to tonight’s task, Michelle set us to work cleaning all the tables at the centre. She told us all about her recent celebrity networking - meeting Sylvester Stallone at a black tie event at the weekend (well, being in the same room as him surely counts!).
It was great to see how the organic food garden we’ve helped tidy in previous months is coming along! We were even allowed to take some of the runner beans, hence tonight’s pun. We’ll have to check back next time to see how the tomatoes are doing.
After our obligatory photo we headed back to base. The longer run meant that there was no time for a fitness session this week - that’s not to say we didn’t work hard, the run back is mainly uphill and certainly kept us on our toes!
Once back it was time for a quick stretch to cool down and head on our way home with the sun setting.
Next week we are back at Hobs Moat Library where we’ll be setting our green fingers ti work in the garden. It’s a special week as we’ll also be celebrating GoodGym’s 10 year anniversary - it would be great to see you there!
