Run in the midday sun - my first mission!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Really well - I arrived, and was welcomed by Mrs M, and then got given a prepared shopping list and bag and money.
I went to sainsburys, did the shopping and came back.
It was boiling and Mrs M told me to be careful running in such hot sun. I forgot to take any photos other than a quick selfie.
