This morning I started off my day by running to Ms S's, to do a shop for her while she shields at home.

After running along the canal to her neck of the woods, I met her and was handed the shopping list and cash. After a successful (and surprisingly quick) Morrisons visit, I returned with all the goods. Mission accomplished!
