Roll out the barrow!
2 GoodGymers made their way 2.0km to help the Stretford Public Hall in Trafford.

Tonight we headed to Stretford Public Hall to help them tidy up their pocket patch ready for the chilly season. 3 barrows later and we had lopped, chopped and trimmed our way round the entire plot!
Add in a run and chat and that's good going for a Wednesday evening.
