1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Hackney.

A noon start became 4.30 PM before the packs were ready. Full load in the van and off I went into the far south corner of Hackney to drop packages to those vulnerable residents in isolation.
With a dozen now empty crates in the rear, I joined the Redbridge group session via video link to apologize for not being able to join in with the exercise before returning home to find some dinner, part two tomorrow!
