For Pelican Plus, I made phone calls to estate residents to check three things:
- Did they have the community helpline number?
- Did they need free food parcels / were they being successfully delivered?
- Did they need financial aid?
I was the Ringo Starr, as I started each conversation with their name “hey Jude...” there was “something” in my voice, a phone call with me felt like oh... “ here comes the sun”! I just like everyone to “come together” during hard times like this ....
