Raising The Bar!
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Crewe.

This week we got to do a Community Mission as well as our weekly group run. It was a really lovely to have a double dose of these Goodgym lovelies this week – the evening was especially nice as it was a combination of community work and a social.
Karen, Maurice & Nicola spent an hour picking litter around the Crewe Memorial Square. On the surface, it looked relatively litter free but on closer inspection, it was surprising how much litter there was and what we actually managed to collect. Bottles and cans were aplenty! We did a 1 mile circular route from the memorial square back around the leisure centre and conveniently ended up at Hops Belgian Bar!
We spent the next 40 minutes putting the world to rights in the pub over a drink and some snacks! It was lovely to have the opportunity to have a proper catchup.
Well done on another great night’s work and helping to make Crewe a tidier place.
Have a great week and look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Loads of love, Nicola xxx
