We had some tricky conditions last week for our fitness session and I'm not just talking about the weather!

The task was to grab the colours of the rainbow throughout the week during running, walking and cycling and assemble them. For Louise it was just too cold to stop and take photos (I second this!) while capturing something purple was also a challenge until she spotted the BT advertising barriers.. who says lockdown isn't exciting?!

Well done to Lauren on collecting all the colours as well as the photos and staying connected to GoodGym Newcastle despite her move to Kent.
