Three Pigeons Post: Anytime Sessions week ended Sunday 21 June 2020

Rain drops did keep falling on The Three Pigeons Plot this week so for the first time in a couple of months there was no need for watering. Gold stars to Kate and Salwah for sacrificing some of their Saturday for dead heading and watering.

Here are their mini run reports.

Saturday 20 June. am. Kate.

I went yesterday morning to weed around the alyssums. They seem to be establishing themselves quite well but there were a lot of little fresh weeds growing so I spent an hour picking them all out by hand. Hopefully the flowers will fill the gaps soon!

'Will see if I can get to the sweet Williams next week! From the looks of the forecast we’ll need to be watering again!

*Saturday 20 June. pm. Salwah. *

I rode over to 3 pigeons on Saturday evening and did some deadheading, weeding and general tidy up.

These 'Three Pigeons Plot Anytime Sessions' are likely to continue throughout the summer. They are listed for a Sunday evening but can been done anytime in the week. Tasks for these individual sessions are suggested on the weekly listing .

'Three Pigeon Plot Small Group Sessions' are listed separately. Tools and equipment are provided for these missions so that we can work on new planting and the construction of The Three Pigeons Insect Hotel.
