Raiders of the Lost Dark

6 GoodGym runners braved the streets of Wilesden Town on a cold Monday night to help out with a massive clear up of an area just off the high road.

From GG Brent HQ its was a 3k run down the whole length of the High Road, where we visited our awesome buddy Abraham from the Willesden Town Team. Willesden Town Team a coalition of volunteer local residents, organisations and businesses who care passionately about the local area.

With our high vis jackets & Michael Jackson gloves we busted out the task for 40 mins and filled up SEVEN of your big disposable bin bags.

Everyone chatted away merrily as work commenced. And with a few jokes along the way, After the clean up we packed away then hit the streets again, to return to base to cool down and a series of stretches rounded off a great session !
