This morning was our usual volunteering at Warwick Racecourse Parkrun, this time combined with a second good deed supporting raceways with leafleting.

It was a bright and early start for Nigel and Katherine who supported with pre-event set-up. This also gave them a chance to put up the banners advertising the Leamington Half and Alcester 10k for Raceways in support of Marathon Kids.

It was then a trot around the 5k course for all 3 goodgymers for the main Parkrun event before handing out leaflets at the end encouraging runners to attempt 2 or 4 times the distance next time by signing up to the Raceways events!

It was great to do another local Parkrun route (despite the cold) and there was a lot of enthusiasm for the upcoming Leam Half which quite a few parkrunners had already entered. Hope to see you there! :-)
