Putting it mildly...

Today's lunch time mission was a shop for Mr L who is isolating ahead of an upcoming stay in hospital.

I planned on a lunchtime jaunt today anyway and this really gave me a reason to get my legs moving in the glorious midday sun!

I was in and out of the shop in double quick time (Mr L was surprised how fast I was back!) and then headed home for a lovely jog along the canal.
