3 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Derby.

Tracey, Gwyn and Rachel met for a chatty walk around Markeaton Park and spotted a couple of animal friends along the way.
The group braved the rain and mud to chat all things parkrun volunteering, the regular Wednesday night racing Tracey and Gwyn take part in and upcoming holidays.
