This was my first visit to Mr C, but he has had visits previously from other GoodGymers and was keen for these to continue. He lost his wife 4 years ago, and gets lonely, but had seen all of his family the previous day to celebrate his 81st Birthday. We talked about family, his previous businesses and the additions he had made to his house over the years. The time just flew by!
