Last night’s heavy rain had turned Mountsfield Park into a quagmire again so course check was as much about ensuring that the course was passable (it was) than litter picking (but I did that too!). It was then onto marshal point 4 - Police Van Corner. Lots of encouragement was shouted as well as checking on the runners who had slid over. Had to wear the 2015/16 neon pink away kit as it goes better with the volunteering pink.
