I called in to see Mrs J, who had had an upsetting week after her downstairs toilet blocked and overflowed. Although the mess had been cleared up, she was waiting for the plumber to come and fix the cistern, as she finds it difficult to go upstairs. Nonetheless we had a lovely chat and she was really interested to hear about what GoodGym has got up to this week, including a community mission not far from her house. Just before I left, her plumber turned up and fixed her toilet, so I left her in a much happier state
