Plogging down the canal
2 GoodGymers made their way 7.7km to help the Solihull Council in Solihull.

This week saw Chris and Rob out down the canal for a new running route and litter pick!
We set our selves the target of running to each bridge then stopping to pick up what rubbish we could find.
Once we had covered 4k of the canal we came off and hit the road back to base as we were both ready for a sit down and rest.
Next week we will be back at Trinty Close to help out , hope to see you there!
