Ms J is shielding and needed her fix of sweet treats. On the list this week: chocolate mousse, custard tarts and galaxy chocolate, along with big soup, two tins of spam, prawn cocktail and a cottage pie as Asda had run out of the individual Shepherd’s pies.
It was a lovely morning for a very quick dry run, before I headed back home for a longer run in the sun.
