Cheeky PB

Great to get out of the flat and to go help someone again.

I picked up some prescriptions from the nicest pharmacy I think i've ever been too! It was part of a medical centre which looked like something from a period drama.

I got to meet the support worker of the lady I was helping which was really nice as they are doing an amazing job day in day out.

I also managed to run a new 10K PB too! I forgot to take any pics as I was in a rush so I do apologise about that.

I've uploaded my time instead, I hope that's ok...
