A couple of hours helping out answering the phones at my local pharmacy to free up the staff to deal with customers attending in person. I've had a really hectic week work wise so it was nice to have some time to switch off and focus on doing good. A quiet day as it happened, but it's sometimes on those days that you get to reflect on how lucky you are to be able to help out where it's needed.
