Had a blustery walk up to my “coach”. JJ was really pleased to see me. She had forgotten I was due to visit and said she had been sitting there feeling sorry for herself so was glad I’d come to cheer her up. This was reassuring to me that my visits are worthwhile. We had a lovely chat about what we had been up to during the week and she was smiling again by the end.
