It was a solo Community Mission for myself today, helping out at Saltwell junior parkrun.
I had a really lovely morning and although it was cold, there was a nice blue sky.
I delivered the first timers briefing to welcome any first timers to junior parkrun. I also handed out finish tokens which is always a fun role.
I had received some sad news this morning but got out and still volunteered. I felt so much better for it.
It was my 65th time today volunteering at parkrun which feels like a great achievement (and my 164th good deed!)
