Whilst you were enjoying the beautiful sunshine last night 17 brave souls ran 7k whilst delivering leaflets for a local community organisation aka SportsWestminster

SportsWest offer activities during holidays for young people between 8-13 and work with partners to provide voluntary opportunities for local residents. They also work closely with other organisations to help provide reparation for young people at risk.

The CIC was set up a few years ago and is made of individuals who once attended the same schemes that they are now running, a testament to the hard work that they have put in over the years.

Its great to help out with organisations such as these as you can see the impact it has on the local community.

When my goodgymers asked what the plan was for the evening i smiled and said we will run 1.5 mile steady to get warm. We will then spread ourselves throughout the church street, Lisson Grove, Edgware Road area, we will sprint up and down back streets, main roads, flights of stairs, through parks and across landings for no other reason that the love or leafleting, running and sunshine... Thats exactly what we did.

We smiled, sprinted some more, exhausted our supply of leaflets and headed back at pace to base camp.

Great evening for Good.

See you all next week
