Today’s session took place inside the church where the Foodbank distribution is organised. The Foodbank van arrived with supplies, and we unloaded the crates from the vehicle and carried them inside. We arranged the food neatly on the tables so everything was organised and easy to access. Different items were sorted and prepared for the distribution. We also helped set up the space by arranging the tables and chairs so visitors could move comfortably when collecting their food parcels. Once everything was ready, we gathered the empty crates and moved them back to the Foodbank van so they could be returned and reused. It was a productive session and a great team effort by Jalal and Sarah, helping to make sure everything was ready to support the local community.
