it was pacing week at Catford parkrun, and l was on 32 minute pace in the cross country conditions in Mountsfield Park today. it was one of my better efforts - pretty even pace throughout and coming in on 31:59 with fellow GG'r Lindsay. There was a bit of cone distribution before parkrun.
