Outward Waltham Forest

On a rainy day in London great to have 5 fighting fit Outward runners out in force showing the great strides they have made with their sessions with GoodGym London. With Corinthia fresh off the back off completing her Race for Life run and John and Bec preparing to join me and try out GoodGym Islington next week.

Great to see the massive fitness, wellbeing and confidence improvements the group has shown over the last few weeks.
